How it Works

This 60-credit OTHM qualification is designed to help learners build the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in business, management, customer service, marketing, and related sectors.

Each module includes guided online learning, supported by optional materials such as recommended exercises, reading tasks, digital resources, and self-test activities. To complete the course, students submit 6 online written assignments. Each assignment is usually around 2,000 to 3,000 words and is based on the course modules. There are no formal written exams for this qualification.
